Weight Training and Skill Work
Our monthly training is an opportunity for high school and collegiate athletes to come in and train in our facility in more of a group setting numerous times per week. They are offered access to our weight room as well as the turf area, and will have specific programs designed to their needs as a player.
They will learn the importance of the weight room and the compound lifts that will help them become better overall athletes. Without the weight room, even the best athletes cannot reach their full potential and extend their playing career into college and professional ranks.
