Monthly Training

 

Delta Sports Performance's monthly training program is designed to elevate athletes' performance to new heights through a comprehensive and structured approach. Each month, athletes are provided with a tailored regimen that encompasses strength and conditioning exercises, sport-specific skill drills, agility training, and injury prevention strategies. The program is carefully curated by experienced coaches who integrate the latest advancements in sports science to address the unique needs of each athlete. Through personalized guidance and progress tracking, athletes receive continuous support to optimize their physical abilities and mental resilience. Monthly Training Hours

All monthly training sessions are hour-long skill work sessions in a small group training environment, followed by an hour of strength and conditioning work led by expert trainers.

Baseball

  • Monday 3:30pm - 6:30pm

  • Tuesday 3:30pm - 6:30pm

  • Wednesday 5:30pm - 9:30pm

  • Thursday 5:30pm - 9:30pm

  • Saturday 10:30am - 1:30pm

Softball

  • Monday 5:30pm - 9:30pm

  • Tuesday 5:30pm - 9:30pm

  • Wednesday 3:30pm - 6:30pm

  • Thursday 3:30pm - 6:30pm

  • Saturday 8:30am - 11:30am
